You get 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Use it in real life — not in the packaging, on the actual hot tub. If it isn't earning its spot, email hello@steadilabs.com and we'll refund the order.

No restocking fee, no interrogation. If something arrives damaged or wrong, the same email fixes it — photos help us make it right faster.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is on its way. The guarantee covers normal use; it isn't a lifetime warranty against a dog that eats it (though we'd like to hear that story).
